Job Description
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
Business Intelligence Intern (PT Seasonal) will provide ad-hoc reporting assistance to the Business Intelligence Department.
Responsibilities
- Create advanced reports and models by combining multiple data sources and visualize data in Tableau/Power BI to help inform business decisions
- Assist leadership with forecasting and demand modeling for the 2024-25 Anaheim Ducks season
- Create and implement machine learning algorithms to automate processes, improve the maturity of analytics, and increase the business value of data for leadership
- Support setup and QA of data pipelines
- Assist with Rinks-related analytics projects
- Other projects as needed by the management team

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In progress/completed Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or other highly related fields of study preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be detail and numbers oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Effective time management and organizational skills
