Job Description
Job DescriptionUFC’s Internship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. This is an in-person internship in Las Vegas, NV. UFC does not provide relocation, housing, or transportation assistance.
The Summer 2023 internship will begin on May 22, 2023 and will continue through August 4, 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Licensing team with day-to-day activities related to licensee account management for partners such as Panini, Zappos, Timex, Jazwares, and more.
- Assist in curating and organizing a content library of licensing-specific presentations and sales materials within the internal database
- Assist where needed with product reviews and quality control for licensees
- Help with data collection related to royalty reports, product reviews, and another departmental tracking
- Collaborate with licensing team and licensing agent, where requested, on current and new business updates
- Provide support in meeting preparation for current and prospective licensees such as data collection and presentation building
- May provide support to other UFC Consumer Product team members as requested/needed
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
- Team player.
