Job Description
The Premier Service Assistant is responsible for supporting the Premier Service Account Executives in managing and developing existing client relationships and associated administration. This plays a vital role in executing day-to-day tasks and activities within the Premier Service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for Premier Service & Sales teams including but not limited to: mailing, promotional item and gifting organization, and assistance with game day, concerts, and events.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of all Premier Season Ticket related benefits including gift bag deliveries, on field visits and others as needed.
- Support Premier Sales team with single game premier rentals by performing customer service check ins with host of respective space on gamedays to ensure experience is as promised
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to thoroughly record and maintain all client related activities
Qualifications Required
- Passion for baseball, the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field and its unique history
- Positive attitude and the ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while working in a team environment towards goals
- Ability to work under stress
- Responds well to coaching and feedback
- Experience in promotional event planning, execution and delivery
- Self-starter with leadership skills
