Job Description
- Ensure the food and beverage location is operating smoothly and according to operational standards.
- Manage Concession Stand staff of 3-12 employees depending on location.
- Responsible for cash: Making change, and cash deposits.
- Reconciliation of inventory to cash, credit card, and gift card sales.
- Complete required inventory and sales paperwork.
- Monitor product levels and waste.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Make sure all equipment is working properly and report any issues to management.
- Train staff on basic Department operations and cash handling procedures.
- Responsible for customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinate with the management team when necessary.
Qualifications Required
- Good oral communication skills.
- Experience managing staff.
- Able to direct the work activities of several Concession Stand Workers simultaneously.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to learn a POS System.
- Neat, clean, and orderly appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule (Nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
