Job Description
As the Customer Service Lead, the candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager, Retail and Marketing, while performing the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Fun Zone staff to ensure proper break schedule implementation as well as proper policies and procedures are upheld.
- Oversee pregame setup which includes gathering promotional supplies, making sure Fun Zone area and Customer Service Booth are setup and clean.
- Guarantee all promotional giveaways, waivers and entrance items are distributed on-time.
- Supervise proper postgame breakdown of Fun Zone, promotional supplies, and Customer Service Booth.
- During games the individual will supervise the Customer Service Booth, providing guests with general information about the San Jose Giants Baseball Club and ballpark in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in finding participants for on-field promotions.
- Handle Fun Zone monetary transactions, including selling of scorecards and novelty merchandise.
Qualifications Required

- Availability to work all home games including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
