Diamond Baseball Holdings, LLC and the Gwinnett Stripers are seeking an eager, motivated, organized individual to join the Stripers ticket operations department in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  The Ticket Operations Coordinator will oversee the implementation and execution of all responsibilities related Stripers Ticket office.  Responsibilities include, selling individual game tickets, hiring window sellers, running reports, and providing customers service to fans at the game.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the primary contact with TicketMaster regarding maintaining the operating systems of Archtics, Host, TM1, and AccountManager.
  • Oversee all facets of the ticket operations department for all events at the Stripers ballpark.
  • Process ticket orders, including premium, season, group, and hospitality inventory.
  • Support the sales staff with order processing, payments and mobile ticketing.
  • Manage the set-up and troubleshooting of events in Archtics, TM Host, and TM1.
  • Hire, schedule, train and manage the game-day box office staff for all ticketed events at the Stripers ballpark.
  • Assist with database management to ensure clean data throughout TicketMaster, KORE CRM, FanCompass, and Fevo systems.
  • Work alongside the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial ticketing reports are provided.
  • Design, build and automate real-time dashboards and ticket sales reports that will be used by management and key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fans.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, extensive customer service skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changes, work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients and staff.
  • Able to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Sports Management preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in ticket operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint & Microsoft teams.
  • Knowledge of TicketMaster/Archtics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of KORE Software CRM is a plus.
  • Willing to work the hours required to fulfill the commitments of the role including weekends, holidays, and gamedays.
  • Must complete a successful background check.
