The Premier Lacrosse League was co-founded by lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, and is backed by an investment group composed of Joe Tsai Sports, Brett Jefferson Holdings, The Raine Group, The Chernin Group, Arctos
Sports Partners, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and other leading sports and media executives, entrepreneurs and investors. PLL games are distributed through an exclusive media-rights agreement with ESPN. The league has partnered with blue chip brands through its first four years of play, such a Ticketmaster, CashApp, Gatorade and Progressive.

Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Previous experience in Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, or related field
- Strong presence with demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership
- Ability to be a self-starter, operate independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand data from multiple sources
- Ability to synthesize and clearly present findings to a non-analytical audience in a creative, practical, and actionable manner
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
