Job Description
Job Description- Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast – paced environment
- Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a very fast – paced environment
- Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards
- Replenish foods at serving stations
- Prepare food such as popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream dishes, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following directions.
- Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
- .Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean dishes and fountain equipment
- Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary
- Stock and restock items as necessary
- Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Considering a future in food serve, or wanting this on your resume as an additional talking point
- Prior concessions and bar experience not needed, but helpful
- Expected to utilize excellent guest service skills to enhance customers experience and meet the needs of Customers with a positive attitude
- Must be able to multi – task and be self – motivated
- Expected to be able to communicate clearly and congenially with patrons about customers services, products, and programs
- Possesses excellent cash handling skills and knowledge of daily sales reporting
- Adherence to a uniform policy and grooming standards – must present a neat, professional appearance.
- Qualified candidate will be a mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Expected satisfactorily fulfill all training requirements
- Sometimes expected to obtain food handlers license the Duluth Huskies will pay for this
- May also be needed to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events
