Job Description
The Kansas City Chiefs Client Services Seasonal Assistant will assist with premium events, hospitality and suites services for the organization. The Seasonal Assistant will gain hands on experience in professional sports business development and customer relations. In addition to other tasks, the Seasonal Assistant will assist with maintaining current hospitality programs, suite member relationships, hospitality programs, and planning and facilitating VIP client events. The Seasonal Assistant will acquire the ability to interact with key executives and decision-makers from local and national companies and learn the value of organization and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Services Support – Plan, prepare, execute and recap all special events including but not limited to VIP gatherings, concerts, college football games etc.
- Current Suite Member Support – Assistance in maintaining current partnerships, including ticket fulfillment, gift deliveries, suite presentation, entertainment tracking, catering etc.
- Client Services Manager Support – When necessary, assisting the Managers in their needs to execute game day operations, special events, hospitality programs and all tasks pertaining to current client services & suite management.
- Chiefs Gameday – Suite Member fulfillment and VIP hospitality. May be charged as lead staffer in Locker Room Club.
- Sales Managers Support – When necessary, assist Sales Managers with tasks related to new business such as researching key prospects, finding high level contact information and following up with sales managers on these leads, assisting with presentation meetings and industry analysis.
- Manage the Suite Show-Ready Process.
- Learn product offerings and be able to speak knowledgably to potential customers.
- Ideas – Be engaged and offer new, fresh ideas, events and programs to add value for current and potential Suite Members.
Qualifications Required
- Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.
- Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and have internet research skills.
