Job Description
Job Description The Sponsorship Coordinator will focus on the successful planning and execution of the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games, with primary focus on ensuring successful execution of all PAMG Corporate Partner assets activations. Secondary responsibilities related to other events hosted by the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC).
Contract Duration: August 2023 – August 2024
Essential Duties:
- Assist with all aspects of partnership activation for 2024 Pan American Masters Games including on-site sponsor activation, signage, VIP events, etc.
- Prepare partnership proposals, trackers, activation deliverables and recap summaries
- Research potential partnership prospects and update/maintain prospect list
- Secure hospitality and VIK needs for PAMG
- Assist in promotion of PAMG at community events
- Work hands-on as activation and operation staff during GCSC events including:
- USA Track and Field Youth National Championships – June 28 – July 2
- Cleveland Beach Rugby – July 15
- Summer Golf Classic – August 7
- Velocity (fundraising and programming campaign) – planning ongoing
- NCAA Women’s Final Four – April 5 – 7, 2024
- 2024 Greater Cleveland Sports Awards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Significant internship experience or I-year full time position
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
