Job Description
The Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate will learn the intricacies of an NFL Fan Services Department while strengthening their professional attributes. The Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate will enhance their education by working under the direct supervision of the Event Staff Operations Senior Manager and learn from the full time Fan Services staff of the Philadelphia Eagles. This full time, 10-month, paid internship will include responsibilities such as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Fan Services Department and support full time Fan Services staff with the coordination of all events at Lincoln Financial Field.
Reporting Relationships
The Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate will report to the Event Staff Operations Senior Manager and work closely with all staff members of the Fan Services Department.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in Game Day Staff communication including monitoring the Game Day Staff email and phone communications
- Support Event Staff Operations Senior Manager and Coordinator in Game Day Staff operations including pre-event set up and preparation and post event review and documentation
- Assist with uniform inventory, laundering and upkeep
- Assist with equipment inventory and upkeep
- Utilize Sales Force CRM database software to track and log fan interactions
- Utilize ABI Mastermind software to track and log staff interactions
- Assist and coordinate programs such as designated driver program, bag check operation, quality control staff, and 50/50 raffle program
- Assist in the planning and execution of Game Day Staff trainings, Game Day Staff Draft Day, Game Day Staff Appreciation Day and Game Day Staff Post Season Party
- Assist with administering Game Day Staff incentive programs
- Collect and organize designated driver sign ups and program including event preparation and post event data entry
- Provide administrative support to the department when necessary
- Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events
Qualifications Required
- Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
- This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multitasking skills required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters
- Strong interest or background in Guest Services, Staff Management and Operations required
