 Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet players and families upon entry to the Training Facility
  • Limit access to the Training Facility
  • Grant access to Academy locker rooms, weight room, and turf field as appropriate
  • Restrict access and/or movement to or through restricted areas (e.g. First Team wing and/or café, etc.)
  • Perform a security sweep, and ensure Training Facility doors and access points are locked after each night's final training sessions
  • Receive + collect any Academy shipments as may arrive during shift
  • Remain on site until all Academy players have been picked up by their parents
  • Limit access to the Training Facility on match-days
  • Greet visiting team representatives on match-days
  • Enforce Training Facilities guidelines, including restricting visiting teams' access as appropriate
  • Other Duties:
    • Performing such other duties consistent with employment that may from time to time be reasonably determined as assigned to by Academy Director.

  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Set and maintain a high standard of work performance, delivering quality consistently and effectively
  • Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks and able to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to manage and resolve tensions, disputes and conflicts
  • Detail oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as required
  • A strong work-ethic
