Job DescriptionYour face is the face that people will attach to Bosse Field and quality food and service. It’s very important to have a cheerful and accommodating presence about yourself. Group Outing Servers n will handle food, food transportation and be able to communicate with the fans and co-workers.
This includes appropriate handling and use of handheld communication device and the ability to communicate in a professional and swift manner in a fast-paced environment in order to satisfy the needs and wants of our great Evansville Otters fans.

Essential Job Functions:
- Efficiently and effectively communicate with other co-workers and customers to achieve high quality customer service.
- Communicate and engage with the Evansville Otters fanbase
- Serve food to fanbase
- Transportation of food to and from designated group outing sections
- Communicate with Group Sales Intern/Director for food replenishment needs
- Maintain a clean serving area for customers, co-workers and yourself
- Uphold Food Health standards and clean appearance
- Teardown and organization of buffet table, dishes and utensils post service
- Cleaning of group outing dishes and utensils
- Provide the highest quality fan service and care
- Provide positive interaction with fans in your section
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Ability to read and comprehend the English language
- Ability to lift objects up to 15lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate properly, quickly and professionally with co-workers and fans
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Must have a positive attitude
