Job DescriptionWe are looking for people who relate to others, can put a smile on someone’s face and are able to interact at all levels of our organization. Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile for our guests. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in an interactive environment.
Our Ticketing Staff will be cross-trained for both the box office and scanning tickets at the gates.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Greet each guest with a warm welcome and treat them with courtesy and respect
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Flathead Field’s seating chart, pricing structure, amenities and fan policies.
- Be familiar with the execution of emergency protocols and procedures
- Properly records transactions via the point-of-sale system, collects the proper payment method for tickets and process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
- Stand at the gates and scan tickets for guest entry
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be available for the majority of the season (May-September 8)
- Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded
- Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Be at least 14 years of age
- Be comfortable dealing with large crowds
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable multi-tasking and resolving issues
