Job DescriptionOur fans are our community. They are our family and our neighbors. As our biggest advocates, they deserve our best. The Glacier Range Riders gameday experience will reflect the values and traditions of the Flathead Valley while celebrating the game of baseball. We are looking for high-energy humans who want to be part of our promo team and help create game day energy and atmosphere at Flathead Field, our newly constructed amphitheater-style stadium. Are you able to make a memory? Can you make someone smile or laugh?
We are looking for people who relate to others, can put a smile on someone’s face and are able to interact at all levels of our organization. Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile for our guests. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in a high-energy, interactive environment.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Greet fans as they enter Flathead Field
- Select fans to participate in contests
- Prep all promotional items, prizes, and props used during home games
- Entertain fans during inning breaks and at stoppages of play
- Participate in promotions such as t-shirt tosses, prize giveaways, inning break games, etc.
- Accompany the mascots as they move throughout Flathead Field
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Must commit to a minimum of 25 home games per season
- Must be punctual, dedicated, comfortable engaging with fans of all backgrounds, able to follow directions, and team-minded
