We are looking for people who want to be part of our game day experience and help create game day energy and atmosphere at Flathead Field, our newly constructed amphitheater-style stadium. We are looking for people who relate to others, can put a smile on someone’s face and are able to interact at all levels of our organization. Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile for our guests. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in an interactive environment.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Participates in daily set up, arranges inventory, notifies Concessions Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
  • Ability to direct the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties
  • Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef
  • Oversees and supervises food delivery to Concessions and Private Suites on schedule.
  • Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition
  • Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
  • Performs clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning all food service equipment
  • Records all waste
  • Adheres to all food safety procedures
  • Supervises all prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Be available for the majority of the season (May-September 8)
  • Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded
  • Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be comfortable dealing with large crowds
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Possess basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • 2 or more years of experience in high-volume kitchens
