Job Description
Job DescriptionOur Premium Hospitality Staff will be cross-trained for both the Suites and the Dugout Club. Premium Hospitality staff will interact with a variety of corporate partners, season ticket members, and premium seat holders.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Greet each guest with a warm welcome and treat them with courtesy and respect
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Flathead Field’s menu and where each food item is served within the ballpark
- Be familiar with the execution of emergency protocols and procedures
- Ensure responsible alcohol consumption policies are adhered to
- Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Performs clean-up and restocking duties on the suite level each night
- Records all waste
- Adheres to all food safety procedures
- Properly records transactions via the point-of-sale system, collects the proper payment method for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be available for the majority of the season (May-September 8)
- Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded
- Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be comfortable dealing with large crowds
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- TIPS Certified by Opening Day
