We are looking for people who want to be part of our game day experience and help create game day energy and atmosphere at Flathead Field, our newly constructed amphitheater-style stadium. We are looking for people who relate to others, can put a smile on someone’s face and are able to interact at all levels of our organization. Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile for our guests. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in an interactive environment.
Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Greet each guest with a warm welcome and treat them with courtesy and respect
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Flathead Field’s menu and where each food item is served within the ballpark
- Be familiar with the execution of emergency protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean, fun, and safe work environment
- Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Concessions Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages
- Acquaints guests to items for sale using suggestive selling techniques
- Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Performs clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Records all waste
- Adheres to all food safety procedures
- Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed
- Collects the proper payment method for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Be available for the majority of the season (May-September 8)
- Be punctual, dedicated, and comfortable engaging with fans of all backgrounds
- Be able to follow directions, and team-minded
- Be at least 14 years of age
- Be comfortable dealing with large crowds
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
