Job Description
Work with a team of tour guides to provide entertaining and accurate walking tours that effectively communicate information about Coors Field and the Rockies organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct private and public tours of Coors Field as a lead tour guide or trailer
- Ensure safety for tour guests
- Communicate with ticket office
- Lock and unlock appropriate doors/gates on tour route daily
- Collect tickets
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Confirm availability of tour stops for each tour
- Maintain accurate record of tour guest numbers
- Organize and distribute promotional items for tour guests
- Attend tour meetings and training sessions
- Assist with special requests from the Director of Community Affairs
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum three years of tour guide or related customer service experience required
- Must possess excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills to diverse audiences
- Consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
- Professional image and demeanor.
- Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
