Job Description
The Seasonal Paid Social Media & Partnerships Assistant will assist with all aspects of the Chargers paid social media execution with a focus on partnership campaigns including sponsored content, sweepstakes, audience development and performance tracking. This position will report to the Manager, Paid Social Media.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support paid social media team with a reliance on strategic industry and platform ad manager account best practices
- Assist in creating, monitoring and optimizing paid social campaigns specific to partner activations across platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with across teams to better understand goals and ability to support from a paid social perspective
- Partner with activation/partnership team to help strategize and implement paid social media campaigns for content and promotion deals
- Support campaign tagging utilizing internal data management platforms for partnership reporting and monitor performance
- Keep a pulse on all contractual obligations for content and social media delivery needs
- Maintain and update partnership campaign tracker
- Record and analyze partner data weekly across all content, social media and O&O utilizing internal reporting programs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Strong understanding of current and emerging paid social media platforms and trends
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience working with Meta’s Ads Manager
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the paid social media space
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Proactively collaborate and share ideas across teams
- Knowledge of and passion for the NFL
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and non-traditional hours
