 Job Description

The Sr. Coordinator/Manager, CRM (based on experience) will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the CRM database for the St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre.  The position will also work with the Business Intelligence department on other analysis and reporting for the organization.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  •  Own all day-to-day CRM administrative responsibilities, including data hygiene and manipulation,     user management, and lead distribution
  •  Help drive the strategic development and execution of the organization’s CRM database
  •  Provide assistance to all staff on CRM system including regular training as it relates to their individual departments
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for sales and sponsorship staff
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future campaigns
  • Develop reporting and data visualization tools to support day-to-day needs of sales and service team
  • Assist Business Intelligence team in the creation of target audiences for various marketing needs
  • Research and execute best practices for CRM
  • Enhance integrations between CRM and other third party systems
  • Work with multiple groups on data appends and cleansing across applicable systems
  • Perform additional reporting and data management duties as needed

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • 1-3 years of experience with a CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  •  Experience using a ticketing system, Ticketmaster/Archtics preferred
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with market research preferred
  •  Data-driven, analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
