 Job Description

The Manager, Stadium Operations serves as an integral member of the Stadium Operations management team, leading certain operational efforts for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role will also ensure that the conversion of the stadium from one major event to the next will be planned out and executed successfully between events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with operational matters for Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix to include event space allocation, media logistics, housekeeping and oversight of various hospitality and grandstand structures.
  • Plans and executes stadium conversions between various events such as Miami Dolphins and University of Miami football games, bowl games, major concerts, festivals and soccer matches.
  • Ensures facility readiness and client satisfaction while maintaining the Stadium’s best interests and facility policies.
  • Assists the Director with managing all event inventory and stadium FFE including repairs and maintenance.
  • Performs regular stadium inspections and documentation of findings.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and supervises the planning and execution of stadium events as assigned.
  • Interacts as needed with customers, clients, partners or other operating departments to problem solve and resolve stressful conflicts in a time-critical manner.
  • Acts as ''Manager on Duty'' on dark day events as assigned when an event manager is not present.
  • Oversees the inventory and organization of various storage areas around the stadium.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area.
  • AutoCAD software experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of special event operations and facility management.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage various projects and personnel simultaneously.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Bilingual skills helpful
