Job Description
- Work with Partnerships team members to execute partner contracted assets and programs per their respective agreements
- Administration and tracking of all contractual partner deliverables with an emphasis on digital assets
- Timely and accurate fulfillment of all contract obligations
- Execution of activation programs across various Golf Canada properties including but not limited to: Marketing and Communications, Professional Championships, Amateur Championships and Sport Development
- Manage partner specific & general mailboxes responding to all handicap-related inquiries.
- Manage incoming tournament rosters, while verifying participant Handicap Index through Golf Canada Score Centre
- Verify and manage tournament results & scoring in preparation of the Audi quattro Cup National Final
- Coordinate and communicate with supplier and dealers to order approved gifting
- Special projects as required
Qualifications Required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience maintaining databases
- Ability to work in groups and independently
- Golf knowledge and understanding of Handicapping is considered an asset
- French Language considered an asset
