Box Office Internship

Florence Y'alls

• Undergo training of ticket systems, call scripts and other sales training
• Building customer relationships
• Handling customer service and ticketing issues
• Learn and be knowledgeable of all ticket options and stadium locations
• Taking ticket orders (in person & via phone), interact with fans, problem solve, work in box office and will call
• Calling potential buyers
• Answering incoming calls
• Distributing pocket schedules to local businesses
• Hours: Two Hours before games on non-office hour days
• Office Hour options: M & TH: 10-4 | T & F: 10-4 | W & SA: 10-4

The Y’alls are looking for motivated and dedicated interns to continue to make our brand shine! The internships are open to college students and recent college graduates. Interns will be required to work all home games and regular non-game day office hours. The Y’alls hope to provide each intern valuable learning experience while meeting all requirements met by the college or university. Interns will receive college credit for internships. Interns must complete the internship in full to receive compensation.
