Job Description
The Las Vegas Raiders Team Operations department is seeking an Assistant to assist in all aspects of Team Operations. The Team Operations Assistant must be highly skilled & motivated, add value to the team, and demonstrate a passion for the behind-the-scenes, day-to-day operation of a professional football club. The Team Operations Assistant should uphold the “Commitment to Excellence” that embodies the Raiders culture and understand that his or her work and conduct will be a direct reflection of the Raiders organization at all times. This is a part time, seasonal position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support all aspects of Team Operations
- Assist in logistical aspects of training camp, team events, and team travel
- Manage audio at practice and assist on-field as needed
- Transport personnel as needed
- Upkeep and maintenance of inventory, supplies, and materials
- Interact with employees of all levels including, coaches, players, and executives
- Passion for Team Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional time and project management with the ability to take direction and execute operations without constant oversight
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner and proactive problem solver
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree required (must be completed by end of June 2023)
- Relevant experience in sports – football preferred
- Ability to travel, frequently work extended hours, and maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
