Job Description
The Facility Services member will perform routine day to day cleaning throughout Globe Life Field. The position will play a key role in providing a clean and safe environment for our players, team staff and employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, loss of property or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
- Maintain and clean all concourse restrooms, hospitality areas and seating bowl areas
- Monitor overall appearance and cleanliness of Globe Life Field
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment as well as cleaning logs
- Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager
- Help assure the health, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all procedures and rules throughout the locker room areas, seating bowls and hospitality areas
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Must comply with our company policy for background checks and pre-employment drug screening
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to listen effectively, take and execute directions given
- Ability to work in large crowds for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends and holiday as needed
