OL Reign is experiencing incredible growth, breaking several attendance and TV viewership records in the 2022 season.  We are looking to hire a Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships to nurture this momentum and usher the club to the next level.  This position will be directly responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales.  The ideal candidate will work closely with club leadership to identify and develop partnerships that are aligned with club values and goals.  This is a full-time role in Seattle, WA, and will report to the CEO.
  • Develop and execute the club’s corporate partnership strategy and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform partnership strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of new revenue and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and monitor progress against agreed-upon goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Ensure fulfillment of sponsorship contracts while identifying creative solutions to maximize the value of the account.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership performance to club leadership.
  • Develop CRM tools, processes, and procedures to track, measure, and analyze sales activity.
  • Attend all future home games and special events for prospecting or engaging partners and prospects.
  • Provide direct supervision to Sponsorship Activation Associate(s).

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or related field.  NWSL, professional soccer, or sports entertainment experience is preferred.
  • Passion for building strong partnerships that align with the club's mission and vision.
  • Proven track record of sales, and a network of relationships that can be converted to OL Reign clients.
  • Ability to interpret and disseminate sales data and industry insights.
  • Experience in developing CRM processes and procedures.
  • Drive to always be learning and improving.
  • Ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software applications.
