 Job Description
 Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst plays an integral role at FC Cincinnati as a member of the Business Intelligence Department. In this position, you’ll leverage your skills with data to support the company in any way possible, whether for revenue growth, improving fan experience, or sustaining a winning team. The Business Intelligence Department is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and outcomes for FC Cincinnati.
What You'll Do:
- Perform research and assist in building data sets from external and internal sources
- Apply analytics techniques (statistical modeling, data visualization, extracting data, etc.) to extract actionable insights on projects
- Lead and own analytics projects for Food & Beverage and Retail
- Assist in monitoring ticketing inventory & pricing
- Perform ad-hoc analysis when necessary to support key business objectives
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and promptness
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination prior to start date.
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
