 Job Description
 Job DescriptionFitness Floor Staff and Front Desk Staff are primarily responsible for providing a clean, safe environment while providing assistance to those training in effort to provide helpful training environment for all Living Lean Fitness members and guests using the facility. Additionally, Fitness Floor Staff will be responsible for assigned cleaning duties and assisting with new member orientations.
Customer Service
- Greet members by name upon arrival & departure from the fitness floor.
- Offer members assistance with equipment; in addition to answering member questions regarding equipment, and operational issues.
- Ability to market and attain new members
- Walk through the gym regularly to interact with members, and maintain the fitness floor, and all fitness equipment.
- Complete scheduled new member orientations for new members. New member orientations are scheduled by the Front Desk.
- Enforce all Living Lean Fitness rules to members
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to be an Independent Contractor
- Flexible

The Big House has a Major League Infield, and 10 Batting Cages on the 3rd Floor. We have several Pros that provide lessons; team rentals for field or cages are available.
