Information Technology Intern

The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology team provides technology support to all aspects of the organization and is seeking to hire a detail driven and highly motivated individual in the capacity of Intern, Information Technology.

This position will support, develop, and maintain applications pertaining to the business needs of the organization. We are looking for an individual who seeks out solutions against a wide array of challenges and can adapt to an ever-changing landscape of modern frameworks and platforms.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic skills troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Basic skills in programming/coding
• Adept skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Adept presentation skills
• Ability to effectively construct a presentation on a topic and convey and teach to what is understood
• A desire to learn about best practices and modern infrastructure of the development and deployment of technology
• An effective communicator able to lead and participate in demos/discussions
• Strong skills in time management and organization

• Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program (May 22-August 11)
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Passionate about working for a professional sports team
• Proactive and out of the box thinking
