The Paid Media and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid media campaigns for the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. This includes PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, as well as implementation and optimization of CRO strategies to increase online conversions and generate leads.


  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.


  • Develop and manage paid media strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, to drive leads and sales for clients.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize client campaigns on a daily basis to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as content, design, and development to optimize landing pages and ensure the website is optimized for conversions.
  • Develop, implement, and test Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website conversion rates.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
