 Job Description
The Seattle Seawolves major league rugby team is seeking a hardworking, high-energy, positive and passionate individual who is seeking practical experience within the sports industry. The Business Operations Intern is a paid, no-benefits position that will have a direct role in assisting with the execution of front office operations such as ticket sales, merchandising, customer service, event management and more. Interns will work under close supervision of the Business Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Business Operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Assist with 2024 Season Ticket Renewal campaign
- Contact Season Ticket Members via phone and email
- Secure payment
- Help build weekly sales reports
- Help ensure renewal benefits are being tracked and fulfilled
- Update records in the Seawolves’ ticketing software
Additional Duties (As Needed)
- Provide support on event planning/execution
- Perform daily merchandise fulfillment
- Assist with merchandise inventory and reporting
- Help with Salesforce implementation
Qualifications Required
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn ticketing platform (AXS)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a strong sense of accountability
- Able to assist with physical duties when needed (ex: lifting 50+ lbs., bending, standing for long periods of time)
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality within a professional team environment
