Job Description
Job DescriptionThis position supports Charlotte FC’s match presentation and production experience while working cross functionally with the club’s Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticketing, Digital, Game Ops, etc. Additionally, the role may support other stadium events as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Alongside the Director, Event Presentation and Production, manage the control room operations for Charlotte FC and MLS Next Pro including:
- Assist with the creation and development of matchday run of shows
- Manage all LED content and schedules for Charlotte FC home matches
- Actively participate in the creative vision, development, and execution for matchday and events
- Develop and track public address announcements and promotional scripts
- Manage and crew all Charlotte FC and MLS Next Pro Home Match
- Assist with other Stadium events as needed (concerts, football, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates good teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on motivating and innovating
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountability, while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environment
- Must maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive information
- Must, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brand
- Must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully
