Job Description
Job DescriptionThe USA Baseball retail department manages and oversees the brand’s official online shop, www.USABaseballShop.com, the USA Baseball Team Store located at the National Training Complex in Cary, N.C., and satellite stores at various USA Baseball events throughout the year. In August 2012, the retail department brought all of its e-commerce in-house and launched the initial USA Baseball Official Online Store.

Position Reports To: Senior Director, Retail; Coordinator, Retail Operations; and Retail Operations Interns
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner as they enter/exit the Team Store.
- Willingness to learn about the items and assisting customers in their shopping.
- Provide information to guests about the National Training Complex.
- Work with the Senior Director, Retail Operations; Coordinator, Retail Operations; and Retail Operations Interns to assist in day-to-day operations at the Team Store which includes store set up and closing, overseeing Point of Sale system, and stocking the team store as needed for a successful summer.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Flexible schedule and weekend availability for all USA Baseball events taking place at the National Training Complex in Cary, NC.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Minimum of one year retail experience.
- A background check is required prior to employment.
