Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Group Sales and Manager, Group Sales the Account Executive, Group Sales will be responsible for generating revenue via group tickets and hospitality packages as well as PSL’s, season tickets, and various partial plans for the current Nissan Stadium.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate ticket revenue focusing on group tickets and hospitality packages as well as PSL’s, season tickets, and various partial plans
  • Strong emphasis on B2B appointment setting, executing face-to-face sales meetings, and closing sales
  • Meet or exceed certain levels of activity at a daily, weekly, and/or monthly level (calls and appointments) in addition to achieving closed sales and revenue goals
  • Utilize company CRM and ticketing systems to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity
  • Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all sales processes
  • Meet or exceed individual & department sales goals
  • Work with Group Sales Manager and other team members during game weeks and on gamedays to help lead the setup, activation, and breakdown of our various pregame hospitality areas and postgame group experiences
  • Assist Sales team as well as other teammates within the Ticketing department at games and other special events throughout the year
  • Perform and strengthen other duties as they are assigned

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Degree in Business, Sports Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 year(s) of group sales experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry is preferred
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls, conducting video calls, and executing face-to-face sales meetings in a B2B setting
  • Candidate should possess a positive team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Ability to work well in a team-selling environment and collaborate with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and general creativity
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers, and internal team members across all departments as needed
