 Job Description

In addition, the Ticket Sales Coordinator will provide support on Season Ticket Member events and sales initiatives. This position will work with the Membership Sales and Service leadership team on strategic event planning and will provide additional support to the suite and loge team, if needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service group event sales leaders at AMALIE Arena & Yuengling Center
  • Be present in group hospitality area for AMALIE Arena & Yuengling Center games and events
  • Initiate proactive service programs including organizing special events
  • Attend and work all assigned Lightning home games at AMALIE Arena including playoffs
  • Work anywhere from 50-60 concert & events annually at both AMALIE Arena and the Yuengling Center (total subject to change)
  • Process and distribute all major group initiative tickets and game night items (wristbands, group buyer gifts, etc.)
  • Work closely with sales staff to service clients and prospects
  • Assist in the coordination of sales promotions & events
  • Attend and assist with organizing Season Ticket Member Events throughout the calendar year
  • Create and maintain Box spreadsheets Word documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • Prior sports/entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with team, clients and business partners
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects at once
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and as part of a team
  • Ability to work extended hours, including events, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
  • Ticketmaster, Archtics, Microsoft Excel, and Word experience a plus
