Job Description
The Warriors are looking for an experienced digital marketer to lead our CRM team and programs. In this role, you will lead communication efforts (email, push, SMS) across all organizational brands (Golden State Warriors, Chase Center, etc.). Through management of schedules, processes, and resources, this role will drive revenue, build positive brand sentiment, and partner with cross-functional partners to build integrated campaigns. This position reports to the Vice President, Growth and Retention.

This is full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive channel strategy to engage fanbase in meaningful ways that improve retention and deliver revenue growth (including channel strategy for email, in-app push, and SMS)
- Develop direct reports and full CRM team
- Partner cross-functionally with organizational partners (Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Brand, etc.) to create and deliver integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with Ticketing and Analytics teams to deliver a full-funnel customer communication plan that identifies and nurtures our best leads and optimizes resource allocation
- Work with Product and Web teams to implement and improve the necessary tools and systems to achieve CRM vision
- Manage growing email database and ensure best in class delivery
- Provide business partners ongoing performance analytics and data on CRM campaigns
- Establish and deliver SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for supported brands and business functions
- Define and implement new functionality and product offerings to increase performance
- Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regional legislation (e.g., CCPA)

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including senior level experience in CRM; experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of 3+ employees
- Experience building full-funnel campaigns that involves collaboration with a sales organization; B2C and B2B experience preferred
- Experience working with complex data warehouses; SQL experience preferred
- Experience defining targeting strategies that drive results
- Strong data and analytical skills; ability to utilize and interpret data and analytics to quantify and improve marketing results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Adobe) and website analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail and resolution skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
