 Job Description

  • Create company-wide assets and support departmental initiatives through artistic design
  • Incorporate branded campaign elements throughout multiple executions including advertisements, social media, brochures, corporate identity, giveaways, presentations, videoboard content, promotional displays, and signage
  • Assist with game day and non-game day social media including creating and scheduling content
  • Retouch and edit photos
  • Develop digital illustrations for logos, advertisements, presentations, and multimedia projects and bring them to life with animated motion graphics
  • Produce graphics through multiple forms of media
  • Assist in design, layout, and formatting of digital and hard materials
  • Manages large file deliveries, packaging, and exploring media with an organized workflow environment
  • Help develop the overall game day visual and social media presentations
  • Assist with gathering content for proofs of performance
  • Assisting with tarp pulls when necessary
  • Contribute new and unique ideas to help continue to make Barons Baseball fun
  • Distribute promotional items designed to help increase fan spirit and attendance at games
  • Interact with fans before, during and after the games
  • Keeping upbeat atmosphere before, during and after games
  • Perform as mascot at outside events when needed

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects and Premier Pro knowledge encouraged
  • Strong design skills, understanding of design principals and the ability to provide creative visual solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and accept feedback
  • Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends
  • Proven time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and research skills with great attention to details
