Job Description
Job Description- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Stock the Team Store
- Tag all incoming new merchandise with sku and price tags
- Inventory at end of each month with Director
- Run the register in the store
- Provide feedback and ideas for the store
- Will also assist with community relations but majority will be merchandise.
- The position requires minor lifting and handling of heavy/large objects
- Maintains an awareness of all promotions, advertisements and offers
- Operates and upkeep of the store and storage area to stay organized.
- Additional duties and game day responsibilities assigned as necessary
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Products
- Must be flexible and responsive to a fast-paced, high demand environment
- Prior customer service experience preferred
