 Job Description

The Sioux Falls Canaries are looking for a talented, motivated, and personable individual wanting to gain knowledge and first-hand experience in the sports industry. This individual will create content from all home games as well as coming to all special events to capture content. This individual will support the marketing and media team by producing and posting social content. This is a seasonal full-time internship position working a minimum of 30 hours per week in the office including all special events, and all 50 home games between May 11, 2024 - September 2, 2024 plus playoffs.

This internship will include the following:

  • Work regular business hours and Canaries home games
  • Attend weekly meetings with Canaries staff and American Association personnel
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Create promotional videos and graphics
  • Create content from community events
  • Produce highlight reels that will recap the series, and promote upcoming games
  • Create and design video and graphics for the stadium’s video board
  • Create fun and engaging content
  • Manage Canaries social media platforms
