Job Description
The Premium Services Internship plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for guests in premium suites and hospitality areas during events and game days. This position involves collaborating with various departments to coordinate catering, audio-visual setups, and overall hospitality services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, outstanding customer service, and the ability to handle various responsibilities, including menu planning, order processing, and concierge supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist customers with menu planning for nightly suite rentals
- Enter in food and beverage orders for all rental suites on catering website
- Work with sales department to ensure all suite bookings have hospitality services available and are properly facilitated
- Assist with audio visual and set-up for premium spaces
- Assist the service team with any pregame meetings
- Prepare game day materials
- Check game day suites and hospitality areas to ensure catering is as planned
- Responsible for distributing materials to the various premium clubs and All You Can Eat space
- Supervise concierge staff during game day/events
- Assist in training concierge seasonal staff
- Answer the Premium Services, Founders Lounge and Direct Phone lines
- Monitor email inbox for suite orders and respond to clients as needed
- Prepare Mail-outs
- Assist in any pre-game experiences

Qualifications Required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed
- Available from February 2024-October 2024
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
