Job Description
The Coordinator, LECOM Park Operations is responsible for directing and coordinating all day-to-day stadium operations for Pirates Spring Training, the Bradenton Marauders and outside events at LECOM Park.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Oversee all stadium operations for Spring Training FSL season and ancillary events including the coordination of game day employee work schedules.
- Coordinate set-up for all events at LECOM Park during Spring Training, Bradenton Marauders and ancillary events.
- Oversee all Pirates parking lots with Parkhub program, including attendants and collections.
- Prepare daily game day sheets.
- Develop and maintain positive, effective, and professional relationships with Major League Baseball Officials including, but not limited to: Umpires, Security & Facility Management staff, Baseball Office of the Commissioner, Florida State League, Baseball Operations staff, Uniformed staff and players.
- Schedule Police, Security and Emergency Services providers for games and events.
- Primary contact with maintenance, security and custodial provider for LECOM Park.
- Work with Manager of Concessions on all logistical set-ups for hospitality area events.
- Coordinate all shipping/receiving activities for LECOM Park.
- Complete projects and tasks as assigned by Director of Florida Operations.
- Assist Director , Florida Operations with coordination of facility maintenance and up keep at LECOM Park.
- Over see security EVOLVE systems in LECOM Park.
- Utilize 24/7 workorder system with maintenance and housekeeping.
