Job Description

Individual is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Activation, Marketing,
Public Relations, and Corporate Sales Departments. Partners with the General Manager and Director of Marketing to support the targeted goals and initiatives as set forth by the company. Constructs/Manages processes that result in exceptional standards of quality production and service.

Duties:

  • Fosters a positive professional environment that supports company objectives.
  • Supports sales and marketing efforts as defined by business goals.
  • Builds strong relationships with clients and develops a suitable action plan for the successful implementation of every project.
  • Responsible for holding focus group discussions with clients' representatives to understand their requirements and assess the implementation of the project.
  • Engages with clients, oversees customer service operations, and develops a common ground for the implementation of the project.

Qualifications Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster system is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, record keeping, reconciliation and audit practices and procedures.
  • Excellent supervisory and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of event marketing, promotions, and advertising.
  • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and follow-through with assignments.
  • Ability to initiate, lead, plan and direct the work of department.
  • Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.
  • Skills in resolving problems with clients and with staff.
