Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities such as creating job posting drafts, interview scheduling, creating interview packages, and conducting reference checks.
- Update job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities.
- Coordinate the on boarding process for new employees in consultation with the HR Manager and Hiring Manager
- Assist with the off-boarding process such as equipment retrieval.
Benefits Administration
- Enroll new members onto benefits plan and assist them with registration.
- Remove members from benefits plan as needed.
- Update the benefit platform when there are changes (salary updates, address changes, bank account information changes etc.)

Qualifications Required
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Coordinate HR initiatives including tracking progress, creating reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Executive Director, Corporate Services.
