Job Description
The Security Guard position is responsible for providing game-day security services at Citizens Bank Park. This is customer facing position that requires a high level of customer service, while maintaining the safety and security of our ballpark for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests that attend events.
- Monitor metal detection and conduct bag inspections.
- Ensure that Citizens Bank Park remain a smoke-free facility.
- Monitor crowd in seating sections and queuing lines.
- Assist in ejections of unruly guests.
- Document all incidents and report them to your supervisor.

Qualifications Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to work autonomously and with a team at all levels of the organization and with a diverse work force.
- Availability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
