Job Description
The Host/Hostess is a game day position responsible for greeting guests, management of elevator, escalator, and turnstile operations at Citizens Bank Park. This is customer facing position that requires a high level of customer service to our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting guests as they enter the ballpark or seating area which includes:
- Escorting guests to their specific seat.
- Maintaining ticket discipline by checking ticket accuracy.
- Managing the guest experience by enforcing the Phillies Code of Conduct policies.
- Answer any questions that guest may have.
- Ensuring the safety of our guests by investigating any bats or baseballs that may enter the seating area.
- Manage guest movement during the time that the ball is in play.
- Report any incidents by using the incident tracking system.
- Take direction from supervisors.
- Communicate security issues to supervisors.

Qualifications Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to work autonomously and with a team at all levels of the organization and with a diverse work force.
- Availability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
