As the designated Provincial Sport Governing Body (PSGB) for soccer in Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) holds full membership with the Canadian Soccer Association (Canada Soccer). Tasked by FIFA statutes and Canada Soccer's constitution, SSA is dedicated to nurturing, advancing, and popularizing soccer in Saskatchewan.
Governed by an annually elected Board of Directors, Saskatchewan Soccer is led by a team committed to its strategic vision. This team, under the guidance of an Executive Director, oversees the implementation of the organization's strategic plan through its dedicated staff.
Saskatchewan Soccer consists of a diverse array of Regular and Associate Members, collectively known as Member Organizations. These encompass various entities such as clubs, zones, community associations, and educational institutions, among others. Members include players, coaches, referees, volunteers, and administrators, contributing to the vibrant soccer community in the province.
Registered members enjoy access to sanctioned soccer activities within Saskatchewan, including local leagues, tournaments, and opportunities for inter-provincial, interstate, and international competitions. This fosters growth, development, and camaraderie among players and teams alike.
