Job Description

The Supervisor, Premium Service at the Los Angeles Dodgers plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to approximately 150 Premium Memberships in the Baseline Club, Yaamava Dugout Club, Stadium Club Boxes and Bank of America Club Suites. This role involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring smooth account renewals, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with the Premium Sales and Service team to enhance client retention and promote investment growth. The Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing essential administrative objectives within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with approximately 150 Premium Season Ticket Members, addressing inquiries and special requests to ensure exceptional service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Premium Clients, managing ticketing, payment, day-of-event needs, and other administrative requirements.
  • Assist in planning and executing client trips, events, and gifting, ensuring memorable and unique experiences for Premium Clients.
  • Manage ancillary events at Dodger Stadium involving Premium areas, such as concerts and other sporting events.
  • Execute service initiatives within Salesforce, including renewal campaigns, touchpoint execution, new client onboarding, etc.
  • Assist in oversight of departmental task calendar and client communication including but not limited to New Member onboarding, special offers, and important schedule updates.
  • Lead and collaborate with the Premium Service team to recruit Premium Representative Game Day Team members including interviewing, training, and managing.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships with various departments and vendors within Dodger Stadium.

Qualifications Required

  •  Must have a minimum of two (2) years of servicing industry related or comparable high-end product or brand focusing on membership retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Previous experience with Tickets.com or other ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong planning, organization, and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Adaptable with the ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as related to Dodgers Baseball and events calendar.
