Job Description

This is an entry-level seasonal position that oversees and manages the relationship and experience with current mini (10 game) season ticket holders. They focus on customer loyalty, experience, retention and incremental business through management of mini season ticket holder relationships. They are responsible for renewal, upselling, cross-selling and referral generation, as well as utilizing excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills to maximize effectiveness with internal and external customers and prospects. They will create lasting memories and experiences for Pacers season ticket Holders and Gainbridge Fieldhouse guests by demonstrating an elevated level of service and experience at all times.

This is a one-year entry-level position with an anticipated start date in June 2024 (exact date to be determined).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Renew, service and maintain current mini (10 game) season accounts. You will be given a book of accounts (300+) to manage, renew, maintain and service.
  • Participate in ongoing touch point plan with mini season accounts.
  • Leverage current account base to secure referrals to sell additional ticket packages, group outings, and suites.
  • Assist with execution of exclusive Pacers Season Ticket Holder events, benefits and perks.
  • Assist with incoming calls on Pacers Season Ticket Holder Hotline.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule that includes flexible scheduling to allow coverage of games and events which will require some evening, weekend and holiday work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

Education and/or experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university. Some experience in sales and or service preferred. Leadership and/or management experience in the academic or professional setting preferred as well.

Computer skills: Good working knowledge of and a high level of competency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Windows. Experience with Archtics (or related ticketing system) and CRM platform is a plus.
