Phoenix Rising FC is seeking hardworking, positive and passionate individuals who wish to supplement their classroom instruction with practical experience facilitating key operational tasks in the support of professional soccer teams. The Equipment Management Intern will work closely with the Head Equipment Manager and Team Administrator in performing a variety of tasks supporting the first team needs. This person will provide dedicated support on a day-to-day basis and work as an integral part of team operations for both training days and game days.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation for away matches.
  • Assist with the daily set up of the locker room and field, before and after training and gamedays.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Communicate with various members of the technical staff, players, front office, etc.

Qualifications Required

  • Applicants should be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree with an interest in working in sports. Candidates receiving credit for participating in our internship program are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multilingual is an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain highest level of professionalism and confidentiality within a pro-team environment is required.
